I think the provider is good, but the vials came warm ...and I think I should get replacement or my money back....neither....

Unfortunately I am not happy with trava. Their price is excellent but for some reason the doctor sent me higher dosing than discussed and although I have been on tirzepitide for almost 2 years I am very sick on this medication

Never received a message other then the explanation of what to do. I have only lost 2 lbs since I started in March. I responded better with semaglutide and lost 20lbs within the 2 months. I’m very unsatisfied. Only good thing about Trava was the price for 3 months.
