I am kind of like wondering if my medication of tirzepatide B12 is working efficiently. Because it seems like I'm actually gaining a little weight since I've been using the new vial. I received it on April 11th and I didn't get it till that night because I wasn't going to be home. No one told me when it was coming so I was out of the loop on that. I was sent a message that it was delivered. But I don't think it's working too well because I shouldn't be keeping the weight on. It's just a few pounds but 7.5 mg was always enough and I had only been using it for 3 weeks now because I had some leftover from the last file before that that I finished up.. the fact that it arrived in the styrofoam container and the ice pack that was in there was not cold is concerning since it doesn't seem like it's as effective as it's supposed to be. And I shouldn't have to inject more. I don't know like I said if they changed the formula since the price went down. But I'm going to have to call them and let them know that's something's up.

Link pharmacy is excellent! I get my medication through Fridays who are amazing too! Very attentive with my consultations and personal to my needs. Link pharmacy shipping from Texas to WI comes in 1-2 days! Always packed secure and cold! I’ve lost 12 pounds on Tirz w/LCarnitine in 4 weeks. Why would I go anywhere else?

Signed up with Goby on April 30. Got the approval on May 2. It is now May 7, and my order still says it's in "fulfillment" at the pharmacy (don't know which one), and no response from customer support.

This company has shady practices. I have been on .05 mg for 6 months and lost 7 pounds. When I requested a bulk 3 month increase I wanted 7.5mg for one month then 10 mg for 2 months. I again was given 0.05 for another 3 months. Customer service says that’s what the doctor wants me on. I have NO side effects. No way to talk to doctor. To keep someone on that dose for 9 months is only cost effective for the telehealth company. Be very careful with this shady telehealth

I recieved my shipement of Tirpezide 4/21/26. It was in the thermos but it was warm. The vials were warm as well. I called the pharmacy and was told they would be fine. Well I have no idea how fine they are until I don't loose weight . I got 3 vials, was told they would be good for 28 days. the dose is once a week, which indicates to me only one vial would still be good. There are 12 doses total, I would use 4 .....leaving 8 doses that are possibly no good. I was told Trava ( who I also contacted) would call..I have not heard from anyone. 500 dollars possibly wasted.

The vial looked like it was created by a blind person. The label was all over the place and the ink on the label looked like someone filled it in with a Sharpie. The meds did not dissappoint. They were just as useless and uneffective. It seems someone filled a vial with bacteriostatic water because the meds were as effective as water.

Went with a provider that was using Vials RX. What a mistake! I have taken Tirzepatide from 3 other pharmacies and all seemed to work good. This garbage from Vials RX doesn't work at all. I actually through it away after 3 weeks I was taking it. That is how bad it was.

They are not what they used to be. The are now primarily using Casa for their Tirzepatide They are not using the quality they once did. Go elsewhere. They even tell you. "You might want to use someone else" Red flag

From the time that I place my order for my medication, it gets sent to the pharmacy and delivered to me within 5 business days. I never had an issue with shipping delays except for one time and any time I needed to ask a question it was answered within at least 1-2 business days. So far I have been with Trava for a year and I would recommend them.

When using Gimme, you’re only lucky until you’re not. I’ve had multiple orders in the past with Gimme and I’ve never had an issue or complaint. But my most recent order was a chaotic mess. I chose BPI pharmacy for Tirzepatide with B6 at checkout. My patient portal showed my prescription for Align pharmacy with B3 and I received Greenwich pharmacy with B12 that was shipped by a pharmacy named Experience Care. None of those pharmacies are licensed in my state except for the one I selected (BPI/The Pharmacy Hub). I reached out immediately when I got an update in my portal stating my prescription was for Align but by the time they replied, it was too late to cancel as a shipping label had already been made. I reached out again when I received my package that contained Greenwich with B12 and I have requested a refund. I have yet to hear back about that even after attempting to follow-up, and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Gimme’s customer service is almost non-existent. They do not resolve issues or complaints in a reasonable way nor in a timely manner. It’s also worrisome that they do not verify the licensure of the pharmacies they use to fulfill their orders. If a pharmacy is non-compliant with such basic things such as licenses, who knows what else they’re not compliant with. Lately, there has been an absurd amount of complaints and issues from Gimme’s patients as seen on Reddit r/gimmecare. If you’re thinking about using Gimme, don’t chance your luck as the odds are getting worse these days. I know they’re affordable, but it’s not worth the hassle. I spent almost $500 dollars for a 3 month plan just to receive medication from a questionable pharmacy that I’m not comfortable using.

I ended up receiving my Tirzepatide from Greenwich with B12. Greenwich is not licensed in my state, I verified with a state Board of Pharmacy representative after not being able to find their license through my states Board of Pharmacy verification system. Greenwich said their license is pending here and gave me the license number and still no record was found with that license number. I tried calling their pharmacy to ask about it and the pharmacy tech said he was “not legally allowed” to provide that information to patients. This is very concerning, and makes me worried about what else they are not compliant with.

This is the pharmacy TrimRx used. They need to package this medication much better. Wrap the packs together, use dry ice/more ice packs. There was one ice pack that had completely melted and so it was not cold. The medication should have been overnighted. Mine went over 4 days and numerous cities. Instructions/diagram on exactly how much medication you should withdrawal from vial would help. The syringes have units and medication is in mg. Very poorly done.
